MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
McMorran Architects were commissioned in the autumn of 2019 to undertake a feasibility study for a new mixed use development for Forrest Developments.
The scheme comprised proposed retail space at the ground floor with residential units above. The residential element comprised a mixture of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The development also incorporated a proposed rooftop garden area for the residents to use.
